Purpose of the Job

Drive and develop annual After Sales service strategy, performance targets and After Sales work plan to achieve business targets

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the success of the Aftersales Department to fulfill company’s goals, KPIs as well as principal’s targets
  • Develop improvements of internal management systems, business processes and other regulations within the After Sales department for operational efficiency
  • Analyse and review the workshops utilization and efficiency base on actual data with improvement plan
  • Establish an incentive mechanism and ensure that the After Sales team achieves the performance targets
  • Drive the aftersales business by collaborating with Marketing & CRM Department and develop additional products as business opportunities
  • Inspire, provide leadership and effectively manage all staff in order to maximise productivity and meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectation
  • Build up, reinforce and maintain sustainable collaborative relationship for all sub-teams in Aftersales as well as with the other departments within the centre

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated with major in Engineering is preferred;
  • 3-5 years' working experience as After Sales manager or in similar positions; Candidates with experience with famous auto brand, especially international automotive enterprise are preferred.
  • Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
  • Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand; able to manage difficult situations; with leadership, strong observation and service focus, customer-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure and customer oriented
  • Possess business acumen, outstanding organizing and analytical skills
