工作目的
职责
包括但不限于：
1. 应收账款核算与管理
- 负责饮料中国区旗下公司应收账款的日常核算与管理，包括不限于系统客户的建立维护，应收账款的核销，销售单的信用审核，FTT的系统发票，对账客户账单的开具、核对与发送，确保数据准确无误等,及月末Provison的计提
- 跟进客户回款情况，及时进行应收账款的催收工作，定期编制账龄分析表，降低坏账风险
- 处理对账客户对账及发票相关事宜，包括但不限于对账客户账单的开具、核对与发送，确保数据准确无误等，解答客户及业务部门在账务方面的疑问，维护良好的客户关系
- 协助完成月度、季度及年度财务报表中应收账款相关数据的统计与分析工作
2. 信用管理 - 根据公司Policy，建立客户信用档案，信用额度的申请，并根据客户信用状况调整信用额度和应收账款管理措施
3. 流程优化 - 参与公司财务流程优化，包括上线项目，提出应收账款管理的改进建议，提升部门工作效率
4. 发票管理 - 开具发票，发票推送，发票回写，未开票明细的跟踪
5. 其他 - 完成上级交办的其他工作
要求
Education Level & Professional Qualification 学历水平 & 职业资格:
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业优先
- 持有中级会计职称及以上证书者优先
Years of experience 工作经验:
- 3年以上应收会计工作经验，有对账及开票经验优先；拥有快消品、食品饮料、制造业或贸易行业经验者优先
- 熟练掌握财务软件（Oracle优先）及办公软件，具备良好的数据处理与分析能力
- 熟练使用Excel，包括数据透视表及函数等数据统计应用
- 具备独立开展工作的能力，达到“工作闭环”
