Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Consumer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, brand building, and experiential marketing within a dynamic wines & spirits portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, the incumbent will lead the development of corporate partnerships—driving revenue growth while elevating brand presence through tailored client engagements and premium experiences. From pitching and closing deals to delivering standout activations, you will own the full client lifecycle and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the market.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, the incumbent will lead the development of corporate partnerships—driving revenue growth while elevating brand presence through tailored client engagements and premium experiences. From pitching and closing deals to delivering standout activations, you will own the full client lifecycle and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the market.
The Account Manager will take ownership of both commercial outcomes and client experience, including:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets while identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing corporate clients and to develop new leads to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle: From prospecting to execution—design compelling proposals, close deals, manage activations, and deliver seamless events with excellent client service.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns, and with Operations/Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and inventory planning.
- Create Memorable Brand Experiences: Organize and support tastings, corporate events, and brand activations that showcase portfolio excellence and elevate customer engagement
- Track Performance & Insights: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline reporting, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or event-driven roles; corporate client exposure will be a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- WSET or other wine and spirits qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
