AI Program Manager

Purpose of the Job

This role is responsible for supporting the adoption side of Jebsen’s AI transformation, ensuring the organisation scales beyond central sponsors into the businesses’ own people. The role focuses on building the training engine, embedding AI habits across business lines, and translating strategy into practical workflow redesign at the director and general manager level.

Responsibilities

•    Design and run the central AI training engine in partnership with HR and Communications.
•    Develop AI-related messaging, playbooks, and learning content with Communications.
•    Define and enforce standards for AI adoption and governance.
•    Work with HR, IT, Communications and business users to identify and develop business-line AI Adoption Leads.
•    Drive adoption across business lines.
•    Support divisions to map and redesign workflows to operate on AI-native processes.
•    Build and manage a community of AI adoption leads.
•    Ensure strong execution and follow-through.
•    Coordinate with external partners when necessary.
•    Continuously refine approach based on business feedback.

Requirements

•    6-8+ years in project management, transformation, learning & development, digital adoption inside operating companies.
•    Experience managing cross-business initiatives in a matrix organisation.
•    Experience working with Group Functions (IT, HR, Comms, Finance, Legal etc.) on capability building.
•    Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and strong business partnering and consultative skills
•    Good project management skills with strong follow-through
•    Strong understanding of business workflows and execution reality.
•    Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in real workflows.
•    Passion for AI, digital tools and new ways of working
•    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
•    High emotional intelligence.
•    Fluent in English & Cantonese, Mandarin preferred.
