• Assist with identifying, prototyping, and supporting the rollout of process improvements and AI-driven automation initiatives across the Investment Operations function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Help track the impact of automation projects and share findings with the Investment Operations team.
• Support daily Investment Operations workflows
• Support any ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
• Currently studying towards an undergraduate (at least 4 semesters completed) or graduate-level degree or recent graduate in a Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related technical or business discipline
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants (such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot) to solve real problems; familiarity with prompt engineering and building reusable prompts or skills; any exposure to model APIs or agentic workflows is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Power Query and basic VBA or macros)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
